At Endval, protecting your data is a core part of how we build and operate the Service. We use your information to operate and improve the Service, authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, provide portfolio tracking and AI-assisted features, send service-related communications, and comply with legal obligations. We use your data only for legitimate business purposes related to the Service, not for unrelated profiling or resale.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. We do not share your name, email, account details, or portfolio data with data brokers or similar parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
We may share limited information with service providers who help us run the Service (such as payment processing, hosting, or AI inference), but only as needed for them to perform those services on our behalf and under contractual obligations to protect your data.
4. AI and portfolio data
When you use Portfolio AI, relevant portfolio context may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses. We do not sell your portfolio data. AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, they are not reviewed by humans before delivery.
5. Third-party services
We use third parties for payment processing (e.g., Stripe), market data, authentication, and AI inference. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. Broker linking via Plaid is optional and subject to Plaid's terms and privacy practices.
6. How we protect your data
We take the security of your information seriously and implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password storage, access controls limited to personnel who need it to operate the Service, and ongoing review of our infrastructure and practices. We retain account data while your account is active and only as long as needed for legal, security, or operational purposes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us promptly.

8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the core Service.
